What does Agile mean in terms of online learning?

Agile still is the hype thing to be. Whether it goes by kanban, lean, or whatever other name, the central concepts are more or less the same:

1. Focus on whoever will use what you are building
2. Work in short iterative cycles, delivering something that is incomplete but functioning

But then does this concept have any connection with the creation of online courses? I think it does at multiple levels. Below are just some possible examples:

1. Run a quick and dirt market research survey before you launch something. In other words, which people care about what you have to say. Once you find a niche, create a course specifically for them
2. Don't overdo it, create the simplest possible course you can in the beginning, and then improve from there
3. Measure and experiment, which translates into metrics such as: are people completing the course, do they talk about it and what do they say, if you have some kind of satisfaction metric in there (5 stars will do), what is it that they are saying.
